Privacy Policy

FS Consulting LLC collects only the information needed to answer inquiries, deliver purchased services, maintain records, and protect the site.

Information we collect

When you contact us, we receive your name, email, selected goal, message, page URL, and basic browser information. When you pay, Suby collects checkout, billing, and payment information under its own privacy policy. FS Consulting does not receive or store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to reply to you, arrange and deliver services, provide support, prevent misuse, reconcile payments, meet legal obligations, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information or customer lists.

Service providers

Our site is hosted by Vercel. Contact-form submissions are handled through Google’s form-processing infrastructure. Payments are hosted and processed by Suby. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and business records only as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, dispute, security, and legal purposes. Access is limited and payment credentials are kept out of our systems. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

International use and updates

Providers may process data in countries other than yours. We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
