Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from FS Consulting LLC through fsfitness.pro. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms.

Services

FS Consulting provides fitness coaching and general beauty, wellness, nutrition, and educational consulting. The exact scope is the service description shown before checkout and any written quote agreed with you. Custom quote amounts may be used only for that written scope and are not gift cards, stored value, cash equivalents, or third-party products.

One-time payments

Marketplace checkouts are one-time payments unless a future offer clearly states recurring terms and obtains separate express consent. The “first month” coaching purchase does not automatically renew.

No medical care or guaranteed result

Services are educational and informational, not medical diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or emergency care. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. Results vary; no particular outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the services lawfully, communicate respectfully, and obtain appropriate professional clearance before changing exercise, nutrition, or wellness practices when needed.

Payments and taxes

Payments are processed on Suby’s hosted checkout. Depending on the account mode assigned by Suby, Suby may act as merchant of record and calculate applicable transaction taxes. FS Consulting remains responsible for delivering the service described.

Scheduling and delivery

After confirmed payment, FS Consulting will contact you using the checkout email to arrange delivery. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Delivery timing for custom work will be stated in writing.

Refunds

Our Refund Policy is part of these terms. Contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Acceptable use

You may not use the marketplace for unlawful, regulated, deceptive, infringing, resale, fundraising, financial-transfer, pharmaceutical, or third-party marketplace transactions.

Changes and contact
